Back From Down Under

Just came back from Australia & seen live kookoburro birds. I never heard of them before, outside of the outback restaraunt menu. Anyhow, I performed at 2 clubs in Perth & Melbourne this past weekend (15 hrs of flying to get there from LA in which I just flew there to tape Daily ten on E!, very painful)..its so strange as a DJ how when you go to one club & they want you to play backpack hip hop then the next club wants nothing but mainstream hip hop. Me being a DJ that plays everything I like to get people familiar with music they may not necesarily listen to. Its great to see faces look up like "what the fuck is he playing" then look to the other side & see others giving a thumbs up as if to say "this is dope, no one ever plays this stuff here". Anyhow shouts to Groove 101 & the staff for showing me love. This was the first time I slept in a hotel/ apt that had no tv in the bedroom. How do u go to sleep just looking @ the ceiling?? I don't get that concept, I grew up with tv & traffic sounds when I was going to sleep so I kinda like noise. One thing I do whenever I go to a club or a party is go up & pay respect to the DJ ( maybe because I am one) especially if the DJ acknowledged my presense. I say this because I did a party in Melbourne & the players from AND1 Basketball were in the building so naturally I shouted them out multiple times to enhance their shine time & not one of them came to the booth to say what's up, Dicks! If NBA players can come up & pay respect ,why can't you guys? Shouts to my boy Jalen Rose! All & all Australia was hot, literally. If your not familiar its the summertime over there. Parties were dope & the people were super cool. I'm finally back & will be in studio next 3 nights recording records I wrote & produced & will be starting on hip pop rockstar mixtape volume II to have in time for new years eve weekend in Vegas to give them out for free @ Smashtime Saturdays party in Body English @ Hard Rock which incidentally is the official blast off for that party which will be every Saturday in 2008 with me, Sal Masakela & Ben Lyons from the E! Networks Daily Ten. Thanks to everyone who came out to party with me. I appreciate you guys! See ya'll again Down Under next year Mates!

Clinton Sparks Safety tip: 

Never use the soap in an airplane bathroom to wack off with while taking a long flight & trying to kill time. It leaves a candle wax coating on your shaft & balls and takes a week to peel off like skin after a sunburn....so wierd!!

I am Beowulf! Well not exactly, but I met him...

Went to go see the premiere of Paramount pictures new movie Beuwolf in LA tonight with my boys Ben Lyons, Daouda & Dannie. The movie was awesome & you need to go see it but when you do make sure you see it in 3D. Everybody was in the theatre from Brad Pitt to Sean Penn, Seth Rogen, Ricky Shroeder as well as the stars of the movie Angelina Jolie, Anthony Hopkins, John Malkovich & Ray Winstone. Speaking of Ray Winstone we all hung out with him after the Movie. If your not familiar with who Ray Winstone is, he is Beuwolf (the star of the movie) but I like to think of him as Frenchy from The Departed.
